Principal Trainer
Neethu P Devadas brings nearly a decade of diverse nursing experience to OSCE Success Hub. Having honed her skills at prestigious institutions such as India’s apex Military Hospital and JIPMER, she has excelled in critical care, midwifery, and perioperative nursing. Now a registered nurse in Australia, she offers invaluable firsthand knowledge of the AHPRA registration process, having successfully completed the Outcome-Based Assessment (OBA) and earned a Graduate Certificate in Australian Nursing Practice. With a Diploma in Training Design and extensive teaching experience spanning battlefield trauma nursing, midwifery, and advanced nursing programs, Captain Neethu is passionate about guiding future nurses. She simplifies the OSCE preparation journey through innovative simulation learning, personalized mentoring, and unwavering support. Her approach helps candidates build confidence, master essential clinical skills, and tackle exams with assurance. Reshmi Abraham is an experienced Clinical Nurse and OSCE Trainer with over 23 years in clinical care across multiple countries, including 15 years at Modbury Hospital under the NALHN network. As a dedicated mentor, she fosters a supportive learning environment for OSCE candidates, leveraging her leadership skills and expertise to enhance patient care competencies and clinical efficiency. Reshmi is adept at guiding candidates in patient flow management, communication with multidisciplinary teams, and engaging effectively with patients and stakeholders, preparing them for success in high-stakes healthcare settings.
